We offer our customers a 30-day return policy.
As a small manufacturer, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns. We can provide you with an international return label for 10€.

We want you to enjoy our products for a long time. That’s why we offer a 12-month warranty on all our products. During this period, we will repair your product free of charge.
If something breaks after the 12-month period has expired, we offer a paid repair service in our studio. We will be happy to provide you with the current prices and exact process by email.

Small changes to your jewelry over time are completely natural—it develops its own character alongside you.
Wear it mindfully and without worry: showering, washing your hands, or taking a dip in the lake are all no problem. What it likes less is friction (sand at the beach, other jewelry in a drawer) and chemicals on the skin (perfume, creams). So put it on last, once your skincare products have absorbed, and briefly rinse it with clean water after being in the sea.
Simply cut out a narrow strip of paper 10 cm long and wrap it lengthwise around the finger on which you want to wear the ring. Then mark the end of the overlap with a pen and measure the marked distance with a ruler. The result in millimeters corresponds to your ring size. A distance of 5.4 cm corresponds to a ring size of 54.
We recommend taking off the ring before showering, bathing, or swimming. Chlorine, salt, and care products can gradually affect the gold plating and change its shine. Occasional contact with water is absolutely no problem, though. :)
All our jewelry meets EU limits for nickel and cadmium and does not release them onto the skin. It is suitable for prolonged skin contact. The base of every piece is recycled silver, so it cannot tarnish the skin and retains its shine for years.
