We offer our customers a 30-day return policy. 

As a small manufacturer, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns. You will receive either a paid DHL return label or all the information you need for an independent return shipment.

We want you to enjoy our products for a long time. That’s why we offer a 12-month warranty on all our products. During this time, we will repair your product free of charge.

If something should break after the 12 months, we have a paid repair service available in our workshop. You can find out the current prices and the exact process via email.

Small changes to your jewelry are completely natural over time – it develops its own character along with you.

Wear it mindfully and without worry: showering, washing hands, a jump in the lake – all no problem. What it dislikes is friction (sand on the beach, other jewelry in a drawer) and chemicals on the skin (perfume, creams). Therefore, put it on last, after your skincare products have absorbed, and rinse it briefly with clear water after the sea. For shine, a soft, dry cloth is enough. Its favorite place is your Spirit of Eden pouch: there it is protected and does not rub against other pieces.
