We are a small manufacturer and handcraft most items - this makes our products special, but it also means that we do not have a huge logistics center and unfortunately cannot offer free returns.

We also deliver to DHL pack stations. Simply enter the following information in the address:
Post number in the address supplement field
Write "Packstation" in the street field
Enter the pack station number as the house number
