To return your order, withdraw from your contract using the button below. You can select which items you want to return and we'll email your confirmation and return instructions.

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving the goods.
As a small manufacturer, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns. You can obtain a DHL return label from us (Germany €6.99, international €9.99) or return the items to us on your own.
Unfortunately, exchanging items is not possible at the moment. Please do place a new order in our online shop with the new product and return the old one.
We offer a repair service for all our own products. We lovingly take care of your jewelry, re-knot malas, repair broken chains, or replace lost stones, so that it soon becomes your daily companion again.

As soon as we receive your item, we will refund the purchase amount to your payment method within a maximum of ten days.
Did you pay with KLARNA?
You can register your return and pause the payment for free until we process the return. To do this, log in to Klarna with your email address, click on your order, and select the "Register Return" option at the bottom. Your invoice will be paused in the meantime and automatically updated once we have processed the return.
Unfortunately, it can happen in rare cases that your order arrives damaged. In this case, please contact our customer service directly with a photo at happy@spiritofeden.com
