We are a small manufactory and make most items by hand - this makes our products special, but it also means that we don't have a huge logistics center and unfortunately cannot offer free returns.

Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Mala Kette. Sie sieht nicht nur so pur und rein aus, sie fühlt sich in den Händen auch so an. Ganz lieben Dank an euch!

Was für mich jedoch die Freude ziemlich dimmte, war die Rechnung für die Zollgebühren von CHF 30.80 die noch zusätzlich dazu kam. Da die Kette preislich bereits etwas über meinem Budget lag, habe ich mir lange überlegt, ob ich sie tatsächlich kaufen soll. Die Energie eurer Produkte hat mich jedoch bereits von Anfang an überzeugt. Ich hätte gerne wieder einmal eine bestellt - wenn es jedoch mit noch höheren Kosten (zusätzlicher Zollgebühr) verbunden ist, werde ich leider darauf verzichten müssen.

Ich freu mich darauf, meine neue Mala-Kette zu tragen :-)

es tut mir leid, dass mit deiner Bestellung nicht alles geklappt hat, wie du es erwartet hast.

Beim Import in die Schweiz können immer zusätzliche Gebühren und Zölle anfallen. Auf diese haben wir leider keinen Einfluss und es ist uns auch nicht klar, nach welchem Prinzip diese genau erhoben werden. Das wirkt manchmal etwas willkürlich. In unseren AGB weisen wir deshalb explizit darauf hin, dass diese Kosten vom Besteller zu zahlen sind.

Was ich dir allerdings anbieten kann, ist, dass wir dir die deutschen Mehrwertsteuer in Höhe von 19 Prozent zurückerstatten. Das hilft vielleicht ein wenig.

Wenn das für dich okay ist, gib mir bitte kurz Bescheid, dann erstatten wir dir den Betrag.
