We are a small manufactory and make most items by hand - this makes our products special, but it also means that we don't have a huge logistics center and unfortunately cannot offer free returns.

Was für mich jedoch die Freude ziemlich dimmte, war die Rechnung für die Zollgebühren von CHF 30.80 die noch zusätzlich dazu kam. Da die Kette preislich bereits etwas über meinem Budget lag, habe ich mir lange überlegt, ob ich sie tatsächlich kaufen soll. Die Energie eurer Produkte hat mich jedoch bereits von Anfang an überzeugt. Ich hätte gerne wieder einmal eine bestellt - wenn es jedoch mit noch höheren Kosten (zusätzlicher Zollgebühr) verbunden ist, werde ich leider darauf verzichten müssen.

Ich freu mich darauf, meine neue Mala-Kette zu tragen :-)
