Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Die Kette ist nicht wie angegeben ca. 84 cm lang sondern lediglich 72 cm. Die verwendete Garnfarbe weicht deutlich von den Bildern ab (dunkelbraun anstatt beige). Da es sich bei den Steinen um Naturprodukte handelt kommt es auch hier zu Farbabweichungen.

Hallo Melanie, es tut uns leid, dass du dir die Kette anders vorgestellt hast - leider ist es immer schwer, dass Farben auf allen Bildschirmen korrekt dargestellt werden. Anscheinend hat es nun bei dir nicht geklappt - denn die Quaste ist auch auf unseren Bildern definitiv dunkelbraun und nicht beige. Du kannst aber (wie ja bereits getan) gerne von unserem 30 Tage Rückgaberecht gebrauch machen. Wir wünschen dir eine schöne Vorweihnachtszeit! /Christian

Einfach schön

Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden und glücklich mit meiner Mala. Der Elefantenhaut-Jaspis ist wunderschön und es macht einfach Freude die Perlen zu berühren. Mich hat lediglich anfangs etwas irritiert, dass die Mala nicht ganz symmetrisch ist, obwohl sie es aufgrund der Aufteilung der Perlen sein müsste. Die Länge ist perfekt um sie auch als Armband tragen zu können. Es ist meine erste Male und ich empfinde es als sehr beruhigend einfach nur zu atmen, während sie durch die Finger gleitet.

Zu deiner Frage: da es sich bei all unseren Perlen um Naturprodukte handelt kann es hier und da Abweichungen geben was die Größen angeht und daher kommt es dass eine Mala natürlich nicht immer 100%ig symmetrisch ist, aber in der Regel hängt sie sich nach einer Zeit ganz gut ein.

Your mala is made to accompany you every day. However, we recommend taking it off before showering, bathing, or swimming, as the cotton cord of your mala can quickly stretch when wet.

A mala is a very personal piece of jewelry with deep meaning. In our opinion, it’s perfectly fine to own several malas and wear different ones during different phases, depending on what you currently need. However, you shouldn’t wear them together or switch between them every day.

So that you can enjoy your mala for as long as possible, we’ve written a care guide here.

All our jewellery complies with the EU limits for nickel and cadmium and does not release them onto the skin. They are suitable for prolonged skin contact. Our malas are made from natural materials.

1-YEAR WARRANTY

We want you to enjoy our products for a long time. That’s why we offer a 12-month warranty on all our products. During this period, we will repair your product free of charge.
