I am Grounded Mala

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Die Kette ist nicht wie angegeben ca. 84 cm lang sondern lediglich 72 cm. Die verwendete Garnfarbe weicht deutlich von den Bildern ab (dunkelbraun anstatt beige). Da es sich bei den Steinen um Naturprodukte handelt kommt es auch hier zu Farbabweichungen.

Hallo Melanie, es tut uns leid, dass du dir die Kette anders vorgestellt hast - leider ist es immer schwer, dass Farben auf allen Bildschirmen korrekt dargestellt werden. Anscheinend hat es nun bei dir nicht geklappt - denn die Quaste ist auch auf unseren Bildern definitiv dunkelbraun und nicht beige. Du kannst aber (wie ja bereits getan) gerne von unserem 30 Tage Rückgaberecht gebrauch machen. Wir wünschen dir eine schöne Vorweihnachtszeit! /Christian
