As a small manufacturer, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns. We can provide you with an international return label for 10€.

If something breaks after the 12-month period has expired, we offer a paid repair service in our studio. We will be happy to provide you with the current prices and exact process by email.

Your mala is made to accompany you every day. However, we recommend taking it off before showering, bathing, or swimming, as the cotton cord of your mala can quickly stretch when wet.
A mala is a very personal piece of jewelry with deep meaning. In our opinion, it’s perfectly fine to own several malas and wear different ones during different phases, depending on what you currently need. However, you shouldn’t wear them together or switch between them every day.
So that you can enjoy your mala for as long as possible, we’ve written a care guide here.
All our jewellery complies with the EU limits for nickel and cadmium and does not release them onto the skin. They are suitable for prolonged skin contact. Our malas are made from natural materials.
