As a small manufacturer, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns. We can provide you with an international return label for 10€.

We want you to enjoy our products for a long time. That’s why we offer a 12-month warranty on all our products. During this period, we will repair your product free of charge.

If something breaks after the 12-month period has expired, we offer a paid repair service in our studio. We will be happy to provide you with the current prices and exact process by email.

Vielen Dank für das erneute Zusenden meiner Kette, nachdem ein Paket unterwegs verloren ging!! Seitdem trage ich die Kette jeden Tag!! Ich hatte sie mir die grünliche Farbe zwar etwas kräftiger vorgestellt, mit mehr dunklen Sprenkeln. Aber der Zufall wollte es so, dass der Stein -ohne dass ich es wusste- derselben ist, wie bei meinem Armband, das ich vor drei Jahren geschenkt bekam und stets trage. Ich mag die Idee von „Bloom“ und, dass mir die Kette hilft in mein Strahlen zu kommen, aufzublühen. Die Steine sind kleiner als ich dachte, aber das passt symbolisch, da ich so noch mehr kleine Helfer an meiner Seite habe✨

Der Karabinerhaken wirkt billig und ist zu klein, um die Kette unkompliziert anzulegen. Auch hatte ich erwartet, dass die Steine der Kette größer sind. Alles in allem enttäuschend.

Your mala is made to accompany you every day. However, we recommend taking it off before showering, bathing, or swimming, as the cotton cord of your mala can quickly stretch when wet.

A mala is a very personal piece of jewelry with deep meaning. In our opinion, it’s perfectly fine to own several malas and wear different ones during different phases, depending on what you currently need. However, you shouldn’t wear them together or switch between them every day.

So that you can enjoy your mala for as long as possible, we’ve written a care guide here.

All our jewellery complies with the EU limits for nickel and cadmium and does not release them onto the skin. They are suitable for prolonged skin contact. Our malas are made from natural materials.
