We are a small manufactory and make most items by hand - this makes our products special, but it also means that we don't have a huge logistics center and unfortunately cannot offer free returns.

We want you to enjoy our products for a long time. That's why we offer a 12 month guarantee on all of our products. During this time we will repair your product free of charge.

If something should break after the 12 months, we offer a paid repair service in our studio. You can find out about current prices and the exact process by email.
