We offer our customers a 30-day return policy.
As a small manufacturer, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns. We can provide you with an international return label for 10€.

We want you to enjoy our products for a long time. That’s why we offer a 12-month warranty on all our products. During this period, we will repair your product free of charge.
If something breaks after the 12-month period has expired, we offer a paid repair service in our studio. We will be happy to provide you with the current prices and exact process by email.

Measure the circumference of your wrist with a measuring tape or a piece of string. Our sizes refer to this measured wrist circumference—the bracelets themselves are slightly larger for a comfortable fit.
Your bracelet can accompany you anywhere, anytime, and is designed for everyday wear. Occasional contact with water is not a problem. However, for maximum longevity, we recommend removing the bracelet before showering, bathing, or swimming.
The beads in our bracelets are made from natural stones, and the small Spirit-of-Eden pendants are gold-plated. All our jewellery complies with EU limits for nickel and cadmium and does not release these substances onto the skin. They are suitable for prolonged skin contact. This means the bracelets are also suitable for sensitive skin.
Of course, you can combine your bracelets to suit your individual style. Each bracelet has its own meaning, and they can complement one another beautifully. You can read the descriptions of the individual stones and then decide which energy is most important to you right now.
Small changes to your jewelry are completely natural over time—it develops its own character along with you.
Wear it mindfully and without worry: showering, washing your hands, taking a dip in the lake—all no problem. What it likes less is friction (sand at the beach, other pieces of jewelry in a drawer) and chemicals on the skin (perfume, creams). So put it on last, once your skincare products have been absorbed, and briefly rinse it with clean water after swimming in the sea. A soft, dry cloth is all you need to maintain its shine. Its favorite place is your Spirit of Eden pouch: there it stays protected and does not rub against other pieces.
