Return Shipping

  • Prepaid labels are available for all European countries, including the UK and Switzerland.
    The return cost of 10-15€ (depending on the country) will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please do note that purchases outside the EU are subject to import fees and taxes. However, we can refund you the German VAT of 19% once you have received the goods. Simply send us an email, and we will happily process this refund for you without any complications.
