We are a small manufacturer and handcraft most items - this makes our products special, but it also means that we do not have a huge logistics center and unfortunately cannot offer free returns.
You may return or exchange your order within 30 days of receipt in accordance with our return policy.

- Send the goods back to us.
- As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund your purchase amount within 10 days or send you your exchange items.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU (particularly the UK), import duties and taxes may apply. These additional charges are to be borne by the recipient of the goods and will not be reimbursed by us. Since import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend that you contact your local customs office before ordering.
A notice: For deliveries outside the EU, it is possible to refund the German VAT of 19% after receipt of the shipment. Please send us an email as soon as you have received your order and we will take care of it.
