Return Shipping
- Prepaid labels are available for all European countries, including the UK and Switzerland.
The return cost of 10-15€ (depending on the country) will be deducted from your refund amount.
Import Fees
Please do note that purchases outside the EU are subject to import fees and taxes. However, we can refund you the German VAT of 19% once you have received the goods. Simply send us an email, and we will happily process this refund for you without any complications.
1 year warranty/repair service
We want you to enjoy our products for a long time. That's why we offer a 12 month guarantee on all of our products. During this time we will repair your product free of charge.
If something breaks after the 12 months, we have a repair service for you in our studio for a fee. You will be happy to find out the current prices and the exact process by email.
