Diesmal enttäuscht

Ich habe schon zwei Mala Armbänder und eine Mala Kette von euch, die absolut perfekt sind. Beim Enjoy Your Life Armband war ich enttäuscht. Zu fest aufgezogen, statt sich ums Handgelenk zu schmiegen, war es eckig und kantig und lag überhaupt nicht schön an. Außerdem war es zu groß. Ich habe es mir selbst neu aufgefädelt, nun sitzt es super und sieht sehr schön aus. Die Steine / Farben sind sehr schön, mit der Verarbeitung war ich diesmal nicht zufrieden.

vielen Dank für deine Rückmeldung. Es tut mir sehr Leid, dass du unzufrieden bist mit dem Armband. Ich kann mir tatsächlich vorstellen, dass es möglicherweise in einer falschen Größe gekommen ist, dafür möchte ich mich entschuldigen. In solchen Fällen kannst du uns immer gerne kontaktieren und wir finden eine Lösung. In dem Fall hättest du es uns noch einmal schicken können und wir hätten es ersetzt. Dennoch ist ja schön, wenn du eine Lösung für dich gefunden hast und es nun gut passt.
