Returns

We offer our customers a 30-day return policy. 

As a small manufacturer, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns. You will receive either a paid DHL return label or all the information you need for an independent return shipment.

We want you to enjoy our products for a long time. That’s why we offer a 12-month warranty on all our products. During this time, we will repair your product free of charge.

If something should break after the 12 months, we have a paid repair service available in our workshop. You can find out the current prices and the exact process via email.

Our warranty covers:

• Detached/broken beads & gemstones
• Torn necklaces & bracelets
• Defective clasps

A little change over time is completely natural — your jewelry develops its own character right alongside you. With the right care, it'll stay with you for many years. Wear it mindfully: day to day, in meditation, out in nature. What it doesn't love is contact with perfume, lotions, and harsh cleaners, along with prolonged direct sunlight, which can fade certain gemstones.
